Description


The ACu series products ensure strong capillary forces, high porosity, and permeability of the copper powder sintered layer during the heat pipe manufacturing process. The sintered layer of the thermal pipe features a wick structure that accelerates the evaporation and condensation cycle of the working fluid, effectively balancing the maximum power and minimum thermal resistance to achieve optimal thermal transmission efficiency. The ACu (120-200) series exhibits excellent thermal conductivity, high porosity, and uniform distribution, which significantly increases the contact area with the working fluid, thereby enhancing overall thermal efficiency. It provides sufficient capillary action to ensure effective return of the condensate to the heat source, ensuring uniform heat conduction.


This series is produced through the water atomization process, resulting in a light rose-red appearance with irregular shapes. The copper powder has high purity (Cu > 99.5%), high sintering strength, appropriate sintering shrinkage, and excellent permeability and capillary properties. ACu-60L features a moderate particle size distribution range, preventing the generation of fine particle shedding and avoiding any reaction with water that leads to precipitate formation. The sintered wick structure achieves optimal porosity, permeability, and capillary forces.
