Description

This series of products consists of Cu and Sn alloy powders, categorized into pre-alloyed bronze powder, pre-mixed bronze powder, and diffusion bronze powder, depending on the alloying method. Sintered Cu-Sn oil-impregnated bearings form an α-bronze solid solution phase structure when the Sn content is 9%-12%, providing high strength and optimal antifriction performance.

Pre-mixed bronze powder exhibits excellent toughness and strength, making it the primary raw material for bronze-based oil-impregnated bearings. The DPB series products are characterized by low apparent density, easy formability, high specific surface area, and surface activity, along with stable sintering dimensions and temperature. These features make them suitable for preparing various porous materials, oil-impregnated bearings, and diamond saw blades. After sintering, this series of products offers high oil content, stable shrinkage, and fine, uniform oil pore structure, making them ideal for use in self-lubricating oil-impregnated bearings, friction brake materials, powder metallurgy structural parts, and diamond tool matrix materials.

PMB-06C is used for manufacturing sintered bronze bearings (oil-impregnated) and structural parts. Containing 10% tin, PMB-06C is designed to be sintered at temperatures between 704°C and 760°C to produce bearings with excellent ductility and high strength. This series of products is renowned for its consistent dimensional control, making it ideal for producing small-sized bearings. Its fine porosity and smooth surface help to reduce operational noise.
