Description


This series of products consists of alloy powders made from Cu and Sn, which are categorized based on the alloying method into pre-alloyed bronze powder, pre-mixed bronze powder, and diffusion bronze powder. When sintered, CuSn oil-bearing bearings form an α-bronze solid solution structure at a Sn content of 9% to 12%, exhibiting high strength and excellent anti-friction properties.


The PAB series products possess good anti-friction properties and low-temperature toughness, making them suitable for manufacturing complex-shaped parts that do not require high density, such as miniature bearings, sliding bearings, elongated thin-walled bearings, and gears. Pre-mixed bronze powder has excellent toughness and strength, serving as a primary raw material for bronze-based oil-bearing bearings. It is mainly used in the production of self-lubricating oil-bearing bearings, friction brake materials, powder metallurgy structural parts, and diamond tool substrate materials.
